The HGS pressed pipe.....HGS had a reputation of making excellent pipes for sand riding however in the last 6-7 years the pipes have become good all rounders which is very important for the British Motocross tracks, it's still very good in sand though. We've already spent 18mths testing the Fresco cone pipe with carbon tipped silencer alongside our stage 4 performance power upgrade kit, with great success plenty of holeshots throughout the season.
This pipe is really top of the line in terms of build quality and eye candy nothing else on the market gets near it if looked after it will outlast any pressed pipe......but more importantly it works well from bottom all the way to the top end, rider feedback says it has the edge on the other pipes we sell in that it does have a little more on top.

Well, we've been scratching our heads at what's just happened, we thought our gearboxes were at the top of the tree, but we'll have to have re-think. We allowed a Japanese company to convince us their metal surface treatment was like no other, in fact AMA Factory motocross teams to name but a very few who can afford this amazing technology.
Anyways the gearbox has landed, and the signs are incredible, barely any drag and feels less than our superfinished and PVD coated gearbox's
We cannot wait to see how this translates to the track.

We already explained to you we would be using Hinson clutch parts to ensure we get the power down onto the track. But we just could not resist adding this high end surface treatment to the metal parts interfacing with the Hinson parts for the lowest coefficient meaning less drag = more power, less heat build up, lowers the chance of clutch fade, and much tougher, longer lasting components. THIS RACE ENGINE WILL NOT NEED REBUILDING EVERY FIVE MINUTES IT WILL LAST YEARS.
Optimised barrel, ported, flowed, all port chamfers re-surfaced then finished with a 9-stage polish, inlets shaped and textured, exhaust port re-shaped and finished with a 9-stage polish, with a ceramic coating program and finally finished with titanium fasteners.
Matched to perfection, flowed for maximum velocity, textured for increased volume whilst increasing atomisation of fuel. We've fitted the very best bearings including some ceramic items where removing drag is critical, all bearing retainers are fixed in place with titanium fasteners.
All oil passages have been modified for maximum flow to help keep the engine case temperature down.
We've also rebuilt the crank with a specially treated rod kit with close to zero drag at the big end bearing, less drag is equal to more power & less heat build-up.

This Sx85 Pro-series engine will have the Hinson clutch cover, Hinson inner hub, Hinson pressure plate along with the Ngage parts which will include the Specially treated clutch basket and gearing, treated clutch boss, and treated clutch poles theses item have close to zero drag. All held together with high end titanium button torx bolts 50% lighter than stock.

The VForce4 is built upon the solid foundation that made the VForce3 reed valve system such a success for over fifteen years. While the VForce3 has been continually refined over the years (including the latest VForce3R models), this is a complete redesign of the entire system. We jokingly say, "The only thing we didn't change is the bolt pattern." However this is actually quite true. All the components that go into making a VForce reed valve system have been significantly changed since the VForce3.
The reed cage design now incorporates an airfoil shape at the reed tip area to increase air velocity from the outer ports. We use an all-new reed petal resin system, carbon fiber and lay-up on our new pre-curved reed petals. The benefit of the pre-curved reed petal is better sealing at the tip area. The VForce4 also features longer reed stops to progressively slow petal tip velocity, for increased petal durability. The combined reed tip area has been increased by over 10% resulting in increased total airflow. Finally, we reduced frontal area of central wing by 15.6% combined with a more aerodynamic shape.
The all-new VForce4R models incorporate a rubber overmodling on the reed surface to drastically increase reed petal life, while also creating a superior sealing surface.
