KX125 1998 FULL RESTORATION

    TAKE ALOOK AROUND THIS AMAZING RESTO

    Every gear and shaft within this motor has been superfinished

    HIGH END CLUTCH MODS

    This truly is a special clutch pack, its been spun on the lathe and balanced, lightened and modified for better cooling, with such details as flush titanium bolts and spacers on top of teflon like coating to reduce drag.

    OPTIMISED BARREL

    We put in a detailed shot here for you to demonstrate the level of detail we put into these barrels, First we replated in apticote 2000, you can see the chamfer has been turned over to improve flow and finished it with a 10 stage polish upto a 3000 grit gloss finish.

    CRANKCASE FLOW

    We have flowed, matched and textured these crankcases to perfection for maximum atomisation and velocity of fuel, whilst modifying them for much better cooling.

    CERAMIC PROGRAM

    Not only have we placed super hard ceramic on the outer cases, we have also put in some very slippey stuff around the drive shaft to reduce dirt build up and aid clean times.

    TURNED BACK TIME

    This engine is in every way a zero hour engine (like new) every nut, bolt, screw, washer, clip, bearing, seal, o-ring, conrod, piston, and much more is brand new, the case's you see are the original parts restored to better than new standard, then the whole thing is finished of in titanium fasteners internally and externally

    Every single case on this 30 year old engine is original and been restored to like new in house, the inner clutch case has an ultra smooth ceramic coating to expel dirt with the clutch cover, power valve, water pump and hose boss have a custom ultra hard ceramic coating.

    Every detail covered, down to the stator being rewound and restored to like new

    TOP END RESTORED

    We replated, fitted new titanium studs, nuts & bolts, then fitted a new boyesen rad valve.

    CLUTCH MODIFICATIONS

    A full brand new clutch pack installed with the hub, basket and pressure plate spun on a lathe and balanced with internal and external modifications for lightening and cooling.

    We blended the client his own colourway, nothing silly just a great factory look.

    This Kx125 was a major project, came in with a broken gearbox, every bearing seal change, we use titanuim fastners even inside the engine.

    FULL TITANIUM BOLT KIT

    On top of the titanium we also fitted a new Boyesen rad valve to make sure fueling was perfect

    CLUTCH MODIFICATIONS

    The clutch has been modified and teflon coat, major work has gone into this clutch pack, with oil reliefs in the right places, lightened and balanced. 20% lighter than stock with a full Hinson clutch pack and springs installed to finish the job.

    Huge spec, Barrel ported, crankcases flowed and matched, oil vains modified, full ngage race piston, head machined the list goes on.

    We stripped every single part, deep cleaned, made perfect or replaced. in the gearbox every gear had rusted solid, they we restored and superfinished.

    Every engine cover you see are the originals covers fitted in 1991, we restored every cover back to a like new standard then finish the project off with the correct nuts and bolts.

    ENGINE COVERS RESTORED

    Every cover and case had to be repaired/soda blasted / vapour blasted.

    YZ250 2008

    A fully restored fully optimised race engine with huge spec (too much to list ). A titanium bolt kit giving a 600g weight saving. 

    Full ceramic coating program with thermal barriers on the reed block spacers and carb float bowl. 

     The clutch pack is fully modified and balanced to reduce heat build up and faster acceleration out of turns. The crankcases have been matched, flowed, textured with all the oil vains modified.

    Vhm head with Ngage racing squish setting and race prepared piston. Barrel completely refurbed, replated then ported and matched to the crankcases, reed block and carb.

    Super slippy inner clutch and drive shaft area coating for faster turn around times in the wash bays, it also acts as a dirt repellent helping to keep the motor cooler for longer. The expansion unit is ported, matched and finished with a 9 stage polish.

    YZ124 2014

    This Yz motor was build by us from new in 2014 to race in the 2 stroke Nationals. It came back in in 2019 for a full re-build, restoration with internal thermal barriers and ceramic coatings on its cover, with over 300hrs on it.

    all the covers etc are the original ones restored in house by Ngage racing, look closely at the detail gone into this project every part is perfect.

    The tops of the barrels carefully milled flat, every scratch, nick and dent repaired, blended in, every casting mark or seam removed and blended in.

    We then coated these calipers in Bronze and the brake hangers in Tungsten.

    These calipers were fully rebuilt with the best rebuild kits you can buy topped of with the red alloy banjo bolts. The level of detail will blow your mind with little details you cannot see such as the thermal barrier coating on the actual brake pads. The chamfering of the pads so you can get your wheels in and out  much quicker.

    WR250 1994 SHOCK RESTORE

    This shock had a full overhaul, new seals, shock head seal, piston band, oils, and gas.

    Every component removed inspected, measured and replace or made perfect.

    The the body  , caps and covers blueprinted then coated in Gunmetal grey with a matt clearcoat and 1990's yam red with gloss clearcoat.

    This motor was to be used for a clients day to work commute, so a complete bottom and top end rebuild, barrel replated and every part deep clean, vapour blasted.
