This Kx125 was a major project, came in with a broken gearbox, every bearing seal change, we use titanuim fastners even inside the engine.
On top of the titanium we also fitted a new Boyesen rad valve to make sure fueling was perfect
The clutch has been modified and teflon coat, major work has gone into this clutch pack, with oil reliefs in the right places, lightened and balanced. 20% lighter than stock with a full Hinson clutch pack and springs installed to finish the job.
Huge spec, Barrel ported, crankcases flowed and matched, oil vains modified, full ngage race piston, head machined the list goes on.

We stripped every single part, deep cleaned, made perfect or replaced. in the gearbox every gear had rusted solid, they we restored and superfinished.
We replated the barrel to our spec, fitted an Ngage racing prepared piston kit and set the squish to the riders requirements,

Every engine cover you see are the originals covers fitted in 1991, we restored every cover back to a like new standard then finish the project off with the correct nuts and bolts.
The list is endless the spec is massive the inside of this motor looks better than the outside.

The clutch pack is fully modified and balanced to reduce heat build up and faster acceleration out of turns. The crankcases have been matched, flowed, textured with all the oil vains modified.
Vhm head with Ngage racing squish setting and race prepared piston. Barrel completely refurbed, replated then ported and matched to the crankcases, reed block and carb.
Super slippy inner clutch and drive shaft area coating for faster turn around times in the wash bays, it also acts as a dirt repellent helping to keep the motor cooler for longer. The expansion unit is ported, matched and finished with a 9 stage polish.

This Yz motor was build by us from new in 2014 to race in the 2 stroke Nationals. It came back in in 2019 for a full re-build, restoration with internal thermal barriers and ceramic coatings on its cover, with over 300hrs on it.
all the covers etc are the original ones restored in house by Ngage racing, look closely at the detail gone into this project every part is perfect.

The tops of the barrels carefully milled flat, every scratch, nick and dent repaired, blended in, every casting mark or seam removed and blended in.
We then coated these calipers in Bronze and the brake hangers in Tungsten.
These calipers were fully rebuilt with the best rebuild kits you can buy topped of with the red alloy banjo bolts. The level of detail will blow your mind with little details you cannot see such as the thermal barrier coating on the actual brake pads. The chamfering of the pads so you can get your wheels in and out much quicker.
This shock had a full overhaul, new seals, shock head seal, piston band, oils, and gas.

The the body , caps and covers blueprinted then coated in Gunmetal grey with a matt clearcoat and 1990's yam red with gloss clearcoat.
