We have not just fitted any old kit, every single bolt has been hand picked, with a focus on weight, and the effects on which bolt has on the bike, here's just one example: the rear brake cylinder was fixed with 20mm hex bolts, we decided to reduce the size and fit pan head button titanium bolts to help with streamlining/cleaning, we then applied this to the brake discs. We NEVER choose a pipe on peak horse power figures (dyno runs) we look at the way it gives the rider power, how it puts the power down. The FMF Factory Fatty gives that little extra performance everywhere and combine this with the weight saving it was a no-brainer to fit it. This pipe has even been ported and finished with a 9 stage polish inside! We tested it over 19 races with our engine package and it had a 100% top three to the first corner on starts with a 6.3 stone rider, 37% 1st, 53% 2nd, 10% 3rd's.

This carb along with our engine package provides the PRO-SERIES with the fuel it needs from bottom to top of the rev range and just keeps on going. The float bowl has a thermal barrier applied to help keep the engine heat away from the fuel.

The inner clutch cover has been coated with our elite series ceramic coating super hard super slippy, reduces dirt buildup and super quick to clean
With the pump cover being so close to the pipe we decided to modifiy the internals then apply a thermal barrier to the outside
All these gears have been superfinished then coated with the latest gearbox coating technology super hard and super slippy helping to keep engine temperatures down. The kick start spring has also been uprated to reduce the likelyhood of a failure
We've fitted £500's worth of the very best ceramic bearings, 40% lighter with 40% less FRICTION than stock, meaning less crank case heat build up, these items bring back a large amount of power that was taken away with the stock parts....
